В общем хочу пострелять в тире в Торонто. Своего оружия нет. В "канадском клубе" не отвечают...

Да, бумажка (PAL) есть? Если нет - то ничего нет в квадрате.

Народ ездит на юга - ближайший нормальный - в Niagara falls

Бумажки нет. А что за она? И где взять? Надо на каждого стреляющего?
А в каком Niagara Falls? ON или NY ?
Если в онтарио - то я туда сьездить не против ради того, чтоб пострелять...

At this time there is no facilities around Toronto that will rent you a gun and some range time.
There might be such service soon at this place: http://www.target-sports.com/shop/about_us.php

If you just want to do some shooting - your best bet is to ask someone with license, guns and club membership to take you to his club.
There are plenty of nice people at http://www.canadiangunnutz.com that may take you to their range and lend their guns just for the cost of ammo.

I would offer you my guns, but I am not in Toronto at this time, and I don't have that many guns anyway.
