Где учат английскому в районе Сиэттла (Редмонда)?

Где приехавшему в Редмонд, штат Вашингтон, можно подучить английский? Может ли кто порекомендовать какие-то курсы и т.п? Или где искать хоть. Заранее спасибо.

NEW TO THE UNITED STATES?

These local services help immigrants learn English and meet others

* Redmond-based Hopelink, a nonprofit agency, offers free ESL classes from beginning to intermediate that focus on listening, speaking, reading and writing. Talk Time groups offer conversation practice. Citizenship Classes help students prepare for the U.S. citizenship test and focus on building civic and community involvement. Students must preregister and take an assessment for placement in the classes. For information or to register for classes in Redmond, call Marci Williams at 425-643-1912 or send e-mail to lynnt@hope-link.org.

* The Redmond Library offers a free ESL Talk Time from 7-9 p.m. Mondays, from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Tuesdays and from 1:30-3 p.m. Thursdays at the library, 15990 N.E. 85th St. The class offers conversation practice and lessons about American culture. For information, call 425-885-1861.

* A free ESL Talk Time meets 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays at Faith Lutheran Church at 9041 166th Ave. N.E. Students can talk one on one with tutors. For information, call 425-885-1810.

* Cross-cultural Education Journal, a free program at Faith Lutheran Church, allows immigrants to write about their cultural values and experiences to help them adjust to life in the United States. For information, call 425-885-1810.

* The Redmond Senior Center offers free English as a Second Language classes from 1-3 p.m. Fridays at the center, 8703 160th Ave. N.E. Participants can learn about American culture and improve their English. For information, call 425-556-2314.

* The Eastside Welcome Club, where new and established Eastside residents can meet new people and make friends, holds meetings at 10 a.m. the first Wednesday of the month. The group also offers luncheons, excursions and other activities. For information, call 425-836-3963.

Кстати мы пока остановались на Lake Washington Technical Colledge. Нам там все обьяснили по-русски, записали на классы и рассказали как регистрироватся. 3-го идет жена на пары уже. Но спасибо за другие ссылки тоже.

там нет пар, там просто классы и проверьте кто преподает, там есть пара иммигрантов - ничему хорошему не научат
