Hi,
Having visited my former Russian university I found that they were happy to prepare the 'transcript' (=semesters/subjects/hours/grades) for me in both Russian ($10) and English ($30). I am a trifle hesitant to spend 10 times that money just for the sake of having 10 copies.
Once in the US, I am going to enroll into an MBA or MS part-time program. As I am preparing the papers in advance I cannot check with a particular educational institution what kind of copy they will accept.
Does anyone know a cheaper way to have a few copies acceptable by American universities? Would it be enough just to stamp an envelope containing a xerox copy of the official paper with a university seal?
Thanks

I think most colleges would accept such a transcript. And put as many official seals all over the transcripts if you can. If seals are what your uni is taking money for, then you should be ok with xerox copies in sealed envelopes...
If something happens and a desirable uni doesn't accept such a transcript, you can always order more...
