My diplomas have been favorably (as MS in EE) evaluated by Morningside Evaluations http://www.morningeval.com in preparation for an H1 petition filing. The evaluation was signed by a professor from Queens College but the company itself seems to be unknown by the public and the evaluation might have been less demanding than the one performed by better known institutions.
Consequently, I wonder whether this evaluation can be used when I decide to apply to an American university. I guess the answer is 'every university has its own policy' but I might be wrong.
In addition, I am curious if this evaluation can be taken into consideration seriously. Probably I should not be surprised to find out that another company, say WES, will evaluate the same diplomas into BS one day.
Thank you
