Подскажите пожалуйста, есть ли специальная форма для написания письма клиенту о том, что фирма не может взяться за его дело! Получила задание в колледже написать такое письмо клиенту, что фирма не сможет взять его дело , связанное с автомобильной аварией, перерыла весь Интернет, ничего не могу найти.
