• 5+ years of Release and/or Project Management experience
• Understanding of SDLCs and methodologies
• Fluency with Visio, Project Plan, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Must communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbally
o Can produce professionally formatted reports and documents
o Can quickly document process flows, data flows, etc.
o Can design presentation to communicate detailed information in a non-technical manner
o Able to quickly rollup detailed information into management level summary
• Strong inter-personnel and client relations skills
• Highly organized and efficient in producing statuses
• Enough technical background and knowledge to understand version control, code branching/merging, environment management, etc.
