Психология Home Sapienes мало изменилась со времен жизни в стаде.
Несмотря на большие изменения в оружии, которым они владеют. Такое большое несоответствие добром не кончится. И та элита которая начинает войну несет большую отсветственность - потому что эта элита вроде бы уже должна:

1) сама иметь более развитую психологию
2) понимать что плебеями все еще владеет психология стада
3) понимать что современное оружие в руках дикарей может уничтожить цивилизацию
