Програмка для обработки фоток (простая и бесплатная)

Подскажите, плиз, новичку какую-то простую програмку подправить фотку --есть классная фотка, но при ближаишем рассмотрении оказалось немного помады на зубе -хочу ее как-то стереть и фотку распечатать на холсте. Пасиб
