Обратите внимание, что не все школы в списке выше - аккредитованы, это значит, что вы будете по окончании такой школы not eligible for Registry Exam, то есть ваша квалификация будет ущербна. Сейчас устроиться на работу Ultrasound Technologist не так легко, начальная зарплата будет около 25 долларов в час, если найдете работу. Обязательно посоветуйтесь с работающем текнолоджистом, прежде чем платить деньги за обучение. Гораздо больше спроса на Х-Ray или Nuclear Medicine Tech.
Самая лучшая по репутации школа в NY - New York University. Если у вас уже есть бачелор дигри, то Institute Of Allied Medical Professions. Перед подачей проверьте аккредитацию, я пару лет не проверяла, а эти вещи могут меняться.

Школа в Elmsford еще год назад была не аккредитована и её выпускников, у нас покрайней мере, на работу не брали. Позвоните им по телефону 914-347-6817 и спросите, может они получили аккредитацию с тех пор. Если школа не аккредитована, то Вы не сможете взять Ultrasound Registry Exam, и возможности работы у Вас будут крайне ограниченные.

Все три, видимо, принадлежат к одной конторе.

А вот и не правда по поводу аккредитации программы.
Главным компонентом допуска к Registry являеется количество
клинических часов.Просто у неаккредитованных прогамм их больше.
Только надо быть очень осторожным в отношении ускоренных программ.

Я всех деталей не знаю, но в больницу в которой я работала (10 мин от этой школы) её выпускников не принимали по указанной выше причине. Поэтому я и говорю, надо им позвонить и все детали выяснить.
