честно говоря кроме топлива остальное меня всё устраивает в теперешнем состоянии вещей.
про керри говорят демократ tax and spend
даже если-бы я жил в штатах то только этот бы вопрос меня и волновал, а на Канаду вопрос керри или буш подействует в основном только ценой топлива. Если что есть и остальное то это будет слишком прозрачно.

OTTAWA - If John Kerry wins the U.S. presidential election on Nov. 2, it could further delay the re-opening of the American border to Canadian beef, the U.S. ambassador to Canada has warned.
Paul Cellucci, a former Republican governor of Massachusetts, blamed Kerry's Democratic Party for the continuing closure that has devastated the Canadian cattle farmers.
The border has been shut since May 2003 when a single cow with bovine spongiform encephalopathy was reported in Alberta.
Live cattle under 30 months and certain cuts of beef have been permitted across the border, but it's estimated Canada's beef industry has lost $1.5 billion.
Cellucci argued that electioneering was having an impact on the issue, but added that a Kerry victory would not automatically scupper any moves to re-open the border to Canadian beef.
"I would not expect that, but there is some opposition to this in the U.S. I think it's clear there's more opposition on the Democratic side than the Republican side," Cellucci said.
"I don't want to say there's not politics involved. It is an election year," he said Wednesday night in an address to members of Ottawa's business community.
Cellucci singled out Senate Democratic leader Tom Daschle, who is in his own tough election race in South Dakota on Nov. 2, as leading the move to keep Canadian beef out of the U.S.
"He and other senators have written the [U.S.] Department of Agriculture to say, 'Don't let the beef in from Canada,'" Cellucci said. "And it's not based upon sound science. So that's why things have slowed down."
In his comments Cellucci echoed conservative Alberta premier Ralph Klein, who in early October warned that an election win by Kerry was no guarantee of a change in the U.S.stance on Canadian beef.

But Prime Minister Paul Martin on Thursday blamed the ban on U.S. politics "overall," not just presidential electioneering. Martin refused to comment on who he would like to become the next president, saying Canadians choose their prime minister and Americans choose their president.
Cellucci has already said he won't seek a second appointment regardless of who wins the election, Bush or Kerry.
