попробуй выбрать опцию Use my default fonts, overriding document-specified fonts - у меня получилось !

Kate, that's in Russian win1251 code page. If You don't have Russian screen fonts, You cannot read that. Moreover, as I saw, English version not available.

Ya otkryla etu ssylku s domashnego PC. No, k sozhaleniu, ne nashla nichego naschet Letter of Dissimilarity. Ya znau
razlichie mezhdu raznymi vidami immigratsii. Hotelos' by
uznat' detali imenno naschet Letter.
