Who might be able to help me with following questions.

1. How does the US Supreme Court define interstate commerce?
2. Define and contrast substantive due process and procedural due process
3. An employer referred to his femal employees in derogatory terms, made sexual remarks and innuendoes about women in front of them, and told one female employee to meet him at the Holiday Inn to discuss her raise. Do these comments constitute sexual harassment? Explain.
4. Distinguish disparate impact from disparate treatment and what is their legal significance.
5. Name three classes of employemtn discrimination outlawed by the Civil Rights act of 1964.

These are academic questions and the answer for them is in your Business Law book or your business law professor.

Я брала business law и четко помню, что подобные вопросы, равно как и ответы на них, были в учебнике. Ответов уже не помню (не особо они в жизни нужны).

RTFM не пробовали?

Princess, на такие вопросы может ответить или человек, только что сдавший тест, или профессионально связанный с сабжем (а отнюдь не все юристы). Если учебник лень читать, есть же аутлайны.
