In finance and accounting the best in Ontario are University of Toronto, University of Western Ontario (London, ON), Queen's University (Kingston, ON). In Quebec I heard that McGill is Ok.
This is site for the U of T, you should probably look at international student rates. All prices are in Canadian $. Right now $1US = $1.50CND. The regualr course load is 5 credits per year. So it is approximatly $10K http://www.fees.utoronto.ca/fall2000/fees/index.htm
Canadian in tuition, without books + living expenses.
