Что имеется ввиду под "Ask to report for us interesting you problems in more details."?
Если имеется ввиду, что мы готовы сообщить детали если они вас интересуют, то тогда:

"We will be happy to provide you with detailed information if you are interested in this area."

Еще я бы в Кысином переводе написала вместо "Our group has many publications and and some patents in this field."

I would say
is very interested in participating in the program, especially on the topic "Plant responses...." [ "topic" might mean a seminar or meeting to be held during the conference.]

but the closing of a business letter is usually

Sincerely yours,

or just
