sorry for English...
We had the same problem with Lowes when we bought our Samsung washer and dryer several months ago. We called the sales guy first and complained. It didn't help. Then we went directly to the store and asked for store manager. We (my husband) was very mad and was saying things like "it is not acceptable, I'm spending over $2500 in your store and you cannot provide adequate service". We spent about 2 hours in the store "being mad" and the manager credited us back for the delivery and gave us free extended warranty for both machines for 5 years all included. The warranty would cost us over $200 if we bought it ourselves. Also, they give 30 days after the purchase to decide if the customer wants the warranty, so we came to the store on day 30 and said how can we buy the warranty if we don't have the machines in the house yet. I don't know if that helped us to get free warranty. I hope this helps. The customer is always right and the more you complain the more you can get. By the way, the machines came in 4 days after talking to the store manager.
I hope this helps.
