Здесь наверное ничего подобного нет. Разве что чесноком надышаться и в нос его закапать (разбавленный с водой конечно).

Только микробов? Грипп - это вирус. Первым делом селится в носу. Так что я бы дезинфекцией носа первым делом занялась.
