Подавал в первый день, мой отец отдельно - оба были отобраны. Жена -нет.
Вопрос по существу - в форме DS230 которая заполняется всеми членами семьи аппликанта, вторая часть (sworn statement) отправляется без подписи согласно требованиям. Первая часть - должна быть подписана вроде бы. Если ребенок от первого брака (17 лет) - в Москве с матерью, а все остальные - в Канаде, как быть с его подписью? Переслать ему форму чтобы он отправлял ее сам (или переправлял мне), или расписаться за него, или же отправлять совсем без подписи? Насколько я понимаю, время отправки DS230 & DS122 сейчас критично.

Ну те кто подписался в лист истцов, потенцильно опасные люди для америки будут нафиг судить всех подряд - правильно если им не дадут иммиграционные визы, нигде как в америке нет столько судов по любому чиху.

Ну и почему бы не завести второе дело, от тех кто не получил визы, они могли потеныилаьно получить вид на жительство, если бы не ошибка компьютера. По моему их ущерб ничуть не меньше ущерба тех кто уже получил извещения ( а какой ктстати ушерб конретно понесли те кто судит? Окромя напрасной радости?) Ну и кроме того, они как бы далее участвуют же на общих основаниях?

Результаты лотереи будут известны только в мае 2012, почему же 879 долларов я должен пепевести в Англию в течении 5 дней в декабре 2011?Кстати, даже не пишут про выигрыш какого года лотереи DV2012 или DV 2013.У кого нибудь есть мысли по поводу этого письма?

ну еще и с посольства пришло письмо на обычном таком листике без подписи и штампиков, но с напоминанием уплатить все сборы и принести пачку документов.

Вот и думаю теперь, что делать. Одно мед. свид. стоит 350 евро.

оказалось. что не мошенники совсем, вот получила Визу, теперь нужно ехать в штаты - до 13 сентября нужно въехать в страну. Вот такие дела.
много вопросов и не знаю где искать ответы:
куда ехать,
где работать,
где жить,
знакомых и лрузей в штатах нет
сколько денег надо брать,
поехать и просто сначала попутешествовать или сразу искать хорошую работу....

если бы жида до сих пор в Лиде, то прыгала бы от счастья и расчитывала бы на свои 100 баксов зарплаты, а вот с Дублина уже все сложнее уезжать....
