The application consisted of the following modules: Job list, Contractor list, Feedback, Private messages, Comments, Reviews, Search, Upload files, Users, Access (control access users with different roles), and Administration panel.

И так для всех Ваших проектов. А то пишите 7 лет опыта а в деталях только год. Не поймут.

TECHNICAL SKILLS дохлая. HTML5, CSS3? Ни разу не использовали Google API, Paypal API, Pecl? не MYSQL базы данных? YUI? Bootsrap/Foundation? Hot JS frameworks? Где Facebook? MVC? TTD ( test frameworks? )

Совсем нет опыта настройки сервера? Apache, BIND, GIT.......( это может быть отдельная строчка ) ?

Я бы лучше так:.....payment collection, integration with existed billing and CRM systems, backend with multiple user roles, CMS. 50+ pages/200 database tables/3M users

занимасля конечно много чем, и CSS3 и HTML5, Апи соцсетей, и Apach+PHP+MySQL на убунте поднимал
Даже не знаю почему я не написал это в своем резюме, уже столько времени шлифую его...

Я так понимаю это был сайт-директория Рамшанов и Джамшутов предлагающих услуги по евроремонту, с отзывами и частными сообщениями. Не уверен что там была billing или CRM. Но написать конечно можно
