посмотрите, стоит ли связываться с такими конторами или нет? я в самом начале поиска H-1B и пока шишек не набил, решил поинтересоваться у людей опытных и знающих

текст письма:
Greetings for the Day,
It was nice knowing that you are interested in “H1B” visa processing for FY 2015-2016, Please find the attached checklist for sending the documents mentioned. Once we receive all the documents we will forward them to our client and an interview will be scheduled with you.
If there is a confirmation from the client that you are selected. Then we will take your Appointment Letter and Agreement from the client stating that client is ready to sponsor you for H1B. We will also send you the agreement copy to sign and the signed copy of you will be sent to our Client in the US.
This agreement contains that if at any case you are leaving the H1-B program you are liable to pay for the total invested amount on you by the client or the company as on that day.
15000 INR +Tax is the Processing Fee we charge from the Applicant accepted through a Cheque along with Address Proofs and 2 photographs.
500 US$ is your investment for the complete process. You need to take a DD on the favor of “US citizenship and immigration services” for fraudulent verification. This DD you need to take after your profile got shortlisted by the client.
