IMHO ооочень длинно - я бы все жестоко сократил, чтобы занимало 1-2 страницы и ясно читались: основной скиллсет (без всяких Atlassian Jira и Microsoft Outlook - что за детский сад?) и позиция, на которую претендуете (frontend web? backend? ms word? )- а то у Вас там все от MS Office до memcached понапихано, со всеми остановками.

Длинные и нудные перечисления Responsibilities тоже урезать как минимум на 2/3, а еще лучше - обобщить, а то lead developer, который указывает в резюме свой каждый чих за последние 13 лет выглядит подозрительно.

Много повторяющихся слов "Integrated", "Developed". Я бы написал через запятую: Developed Foo, Bar and Bah. Опыт старше 5 лет писать очень коротко, в одно предложение: должность и круг обязанностей. У СВ нет Objective (типа че хочется делать).

У меня вопрос, я сечас учусь в колледже ну как и все пионеры сдаю тесты, на последнем тесте выявил ощибку в программе давала не правельный ответ. Отправил запрос куратору и он потвердил что да программа не правельно оценивает знание, извинился и исправил мой грейд. Могу я вставить в своё резюм этот поинт о том что я такой хороший нашёл ощибку, а до меня толпы народа сдавали этот тест и все как бы потом становились программёрами. То есть повысил эффективность обучаемости программёров
