- Hadoop/Spark/Hbase Sysadmin. We have 400+ node clusters running Mapr 4, Spark and Mesos (not on AWS, but our own hardware in data centers)
- Sr. Platform Engineer - Enhance the ad stack platform to support 100K QPS, work with Big Data and Data Science teams on evolving our systems towards Lambda Architecture
- Devops/Sysadmin/Release - a multi faceted role in the Operations team that will be involved with all systems and processes that matter at NinthDecimal. Docker/Ansible/Jenkins.

Qualifications Required:
5-7 years software development experience
3 years specializing in areas of performance engineering
Deep hands on experience in Scala, Java and Python, or other object oriented language
Strong knowledge of Hadoop based technologies such as Spark, Map/Reduce
Strong experience in solving data access performance challenges across both SQL and NoSQL data stores as well as various Caching solutions
Previous experience in designing and supporting high volume applications (tens of thousands requests per second)
Strong practical experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
Strong practical experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration technologies such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker
Be an excellent communicator and a leader able to articulate complex decisions to the cross functional team
Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science, Math or related subject
Previous experience with the high volume ecommerce / social / digital media / advertising technology is required
