На мой взгляд если добавить Continuous Integration Jenkins и знакомство автора с юнит, интерграшин и поинт ту поинт тестированием и для общего блага добавить TDD для поговорить на интервью вцелом получится хороший кандидат для бодишопа возящего дот нетчиков.

Мне 33 года, жена и маленький ребенок, нет в запасе вечности.

Соскочить можно, если есть причины, но об этом слишком рано думать,
для начала нужно найти спонсора, дожить до апреля 2016, и выиграть лотерею H1B.
