However, the reason they get hired by an indian manager because indians tend to hire other indians from the same caste system or towns that they grew up with in India. This is why you will always see a group of indians working for an indian manager.
And the majority of people in tech don't have a tech degree. A lot of Business Analysts don't have a tech degree. It makes it hard to work with them because they don't know how software engineering works.

Apple already has a high turnover cause they make their employees work like donkeys. So Apple has found this new way of getting work done by exploiting workers from India. Yes, money i son their mind, for the first thing they do is buy BMWs to show of their BullS__T status back at home as they smile at jobs stolen from American workers. The next major downturn, starting mid-2016 will send back over 90% of them in the next 3 years.
Misplaced anger, Ron. The Indian's are only stealing your job because of companies allowing/encouraging that to happen. There are plenty of American engineering grads who are qualified and just need a chance at their first jobs. The USA doesn't need to import "skilled" workers, they just need to start hiring Americans from the USA, not just the Smith's and Jones'.
