PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Home Permanency Application (HOME) is part of a multi-agency mayoral initiative led by the New York City Department of Homeless Services (Client) and the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) to meet NYC Mayor's Challenge to End Homelessness. The application is the centralized system of record for complex case management and housing support activities for a Homeless client.
Tasks & Duties
• Create and Develop Web Application specifications
• Development and Delivery of web forms in ASP.NET, including C#, SQL Server, AngularJS and Node.js
• Develop specifications for full-stack apps which include Web server, relational database, and client-side servers
• Design pattern specifications using object oriented analysis/design
• Perform Testing/Evaluation
• Perform unit testing of programs and systems
• Perform Code Review
• Monitor and implement information technology quality assurance standards.
Required Skills
• Minimum 8 Years Experience in tracking PROD Support issues and troubleshooting them.
• 8 Years Experience with Asp.net, C#, Angular JS, Bootstrap, SQl Server 2012
• 8 Years Experience with Mongo DB, Web APIs and RESTful web/cloud services.
• Experience in working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Pivotal Products is a PLUS
