If the NBC's initial review determined that a Request for Evidence (RFE) was needed , you will find the RFE and applicant's response in the file.
Additionally, if NBC's initial review determined that additional documentation was needed in regard to an I-693, a Notice to Applicant was generated requesting applicant provide said documentation an interview.
Второй документ похоже должен был быть передан в местный офис, не мне.
Похоже потеряли наши фотографии? И просят принести на интервью и не слать по почте? Было у кого такое?
Непонятно RFE это или нет? передан ли кейс в местный офис или нет?
