Someone is thinking about a sale of an extra property.
Some people are celebrating and congratulating each other with the purchase of the house.
Is it really time to celebrate?
Or is there anything to celebrate at all
if it's only a temporary pull back?
Past week events at the Financial Markets (including US, China and Russia)
has made financial market partisipants to reconsider their risk perception
and to wear less rosy glasses.
This includes bankers who lend the money and buyers of packaged morgage bonds.
Does it include real estate buyers?
