It's like he's out to get you. He cares too much about stuff like inspection and drill, and not enough about whether the cadets are actually receiving an education. His goal is to crush your spirit

First of all this man is NOT a col. He is playing soldiers with children. This is NOT a military, it is a school. It may be abusive like the military, but this man has given himself this rank
