Zhto zhe delat' esli gosudarstvo zdes' ne mozhet dazhe zashitit' obychnyh zhitelei, a tol'ko vse "elitnye" lyudi kotorye rabotayut na goverment mogut poluchit' ee.
Chto nam teper' v Rossiyu letet' za etimi privivkami???

don't worry. the probability of smallpox epidemy is negligebly low. only USA and Russia have the smallpox virus samples, nobody else. so, relax.

we, soviet people, have no idea what's an equality and nondiscrimination. if you vaccine all people regardless of their job, then it won't be equality in civilized understanding of the concept.
