Poskol'ky mnogo odinakovix voprosov postaraus' vsem otvetit'.Itak o sebe:
28 let, bodybuilding zanimaus' 8 let.NE viglyazhy kak pro-bodybuilders v zhurnalax i ne znakom so Schwarzenegger(a nado li??).OPisivat' sebya ne bydy no esli posmotret' no vidno na chto yxodit kucha svobodnogo vremeni.Personal stats:
Squat - 405 lbs for 6 reps
Flat bench presses with dumbells - 130's for 7 reps.
Incline presses(dumbells) - 120's for 8 reps
shoulder presses - 90's for 8 reps.
Chinups - 25 reps(own weight).

Itak...
Sirena: xoroshiy vibor.Nachni s trenirovki 1 chasti tela 1 raz v nedelu.ruki - bicepsi i tricepsi vmeste.Vot naprimer
Mon - squats(prisedaniya) 5 sets - 8-10 reps
Tues - ruki(bi's and tri's) 5-6 sets for each.curls and triceps extensions.
Wed - rest
Thur - shoulder presses 5-6 sets for 8-10 reps.
Fri - grud'(presses and incline presses with dumbells) 5 sets for each(8-10 reps)
Sat - rest
Sun -spina (assisted chins or regular chins - podtyagivaniya na perekladine)dumbell rows 6 sets of each.Maximum reps.
Press mozhno delat' kazhdiy den'.

Wal i Fish:
Tot zhe samiy poryadok chto ya opisal vishe..
DIETA:
Mozhno: myaso(indeika,govyadina,svinina),riba - vse ne zharennoe.ovsyannaya kasha,pechennaya kartoshka,voda(!!!! - mnogo),grechnevaya kasha, tvorog, yaiza.
Nel'zya: sladkoe(luboe), xleb,makaroni,i vse zharennoe.
Pitatsya nado ponemnogy i minimum 6 raz v den'.Pit' vody vse vremya.

Anytime [img:9e4273de6e]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img:9e4273de6e] Just eat clean and do the basic exercises in the gym and you'll be a happier person.Just rememeber: no matter how hard you work out you'll NEVER look like those women-freaks in the magazines.They use steroids like crazy.I know this is a concern for some women so just wanted to clarify that.

I guess they would scare anyone [img:3ca12e479f]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img:3ca12e479f]
I know that female body has thicker fat lining (compare to male body) which helps athletic women look great, but not too musculine.
I'll be 40 in a few short years and I think it's a good time to add some strength/weights excersizes to my routine. Fighting the aging [img:3ca12e479f]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img:3ca12e479f]
