College transfer on F-1

Dear community,
I’m new to the journal and relatively new here in the States. I don’t have friends around to ask for advice, so I’m looking for opinion/advice here.
I came here on F-1, but not too happy with the program offered, so I’m looking for opportunity to change the college
This is what I’m struggling with:
1. Grants/scholarships for international students. Is it possible? Do you know of any to apply for?
2. Colleges/universities which are more open/interested in international students?
3. Online college classes. Aside from cost per unit what else should I be looking for?
