Software Engineer –

Responsibilities :
• Develop, test and debug system applications, drivers and firmware.
• Install new systems, configure Linux/windows, scripting, performance profiling and prototyping
• Be able to quickly learn new technologies, make contributions, and provide results.

Must have skills :
• Some software development experience in C and C++
• Good understanding of systems and resource management (CPU, memory, disk, …etc)
• Good understanding of system-level programming (system calls, multithreading, …etc)
• Some IT experience ( OS installation, configuration, tuning, and scripting )

Nice to have skills :
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, similar disciplines, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of either Windows and Linux ( architecture and development ). Knowledge in both is another plus.
• Experience developing applications and/or drivers for VMware and one or other hypervisors
• Experience implementing storage and/or networking applications
• Understanding of different file systems on Windows and/or Linux ( NTFS, Ext4, … )
