information about how to get a Russian pension in the us

I heard there are profesional agents that can be hired to do all the paperwork for Russian pension to be received in the US. I have no time to go to Russia or to Seattle to the Consulate to do all of this, but I'll be happy to hire an official representative. Any ideas on this? Thank you.
