Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP), telephony, and related technical terminology
Ability to quickly understand complex software and concepts
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
Customer service background is strongly preferred
Must be able to follow instructions, complete required tasks on time, and get along with others
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands simultaneously
Ability to take initiative and be proactive
Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
