Drive is no longer accessible after I changed drive permissions

I have two HDDs on my Windows 7 PC: OS drive "C:" and data drive "D:".

I had wanted to change permissions/security for drive "D:" so that only Admin user (me) can assess drive "D:", but regular/restricted users would not.

So I did. Drive D => Properties => Security => Permission for Drive D

As a result, I am not able to assess drive drive D myself (as Admin).
How to revert it back? ... to "default" security settings?

Уточнение: вы его совсем не видите (не монтируется) или не можете зайти в него?

Попробуйте зайти через Administrative Tools. Computer Management=>Disk Management и поменять properties там. Disk Management Администратору должен быть доступен

Run explorer as administrator?
