Rubeola and Rubella

Ребята, может кто знает почему появляется rash (сыпь?) при вирусных заболеваниях таких как Rubeola и Rubella? Если быть точнее, то вопрос звучит так: The viruses are first inhaled, then grow in the respiratory system. How does it happen, then, that the virus affects the skin?
Помогите, очень нужно. В поисковиках ничего не нашла.

Can not be 100% sure. But the only things come to mind ists ether,
1.some viruses have skin tropism, and immune complexes being formed between human Immunoglobulins and virusses....or
2. There is a vascular tissue tropizm and vascular wall gets destroyed, so lickage to the skin occures.
If I have free time later, I ll try to look up it up in some books...

Hello. This is from Internal Medicine book...
"The exact mechanism of how the rash is induced is uncertain but an immunopathological mechanism may be present."
