shareholders могут быть с правом голоса или без. так вот России нужны shareholders без права голоса (если конечно они не согласны голосовать как надо)

State-owned - key words here. This is a state controlled investment, if foreigners want to bring free money to Russia - why not?

как я понимаю етим и занимается the Hermitage Fund :hat:

Well, it's hard to guess from the fund's name..
I would be biased to trust Russian national security authorities in such cases, rather that listen to Western media, West has its interests in Russia, Russia has its interests to protect.

Define "Russia" - people? Politicians? Big capital? (You don't really believe all Russia and social layers are united when it comes to "Russian interests", do you?)

I think meaning of Russia in the present context is Russian Politicians+Big Russian capitalists, i don't think anybody on this forum is so naive, as to think, that people of any country are united.

We are not talking about "any" country. We are tempted to describe Russia as a "democratic" one (in this topic), correct? And by the way, do you speak Russian by any chance? :)
