Choosing a Law School for a future solo practice

Vopros: Is it realistic to start solo practice right after law school and shortly after law school, considering the fact that I know where and how to generate clients and how to manage business in general. In other words, will I have enough Law knowledge to start working on my own or not?

What does it really mean transactional side? Do you mean like you do a job and get paid for it right away rather than working for years on some case and waiting to be paid?

transactional in this context means that you don't go to court but rather spend most of your time writing documents (e.g., residential real estate sale contract and riders, HUD-1 closing statement, etc. in the RE practice), and some of your time talking to clients. Usually, a flat fee arrangement would apply (although exceptions are possible). Also, there are at least two important sides of the practice which are generally non-billable: (a) looking for new business, and (b) collections.
