Ну раз Вы вообще не читаете то, что Вам пишут, я повторюсь:Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV, D-W.Va., chairman of the Select Committee on Intelligence wrote:But dive into Rockefeller's report, in search of where exactly President Bush lied about what his intelligence agencies were telling him about the threat posed by Saddam Hussein, and you may be surprised by what you find.
* On Iraq's nuclear weapons program? The president's statements "were generally substantiated by intelligence community estimates."
* On biological weapons, production capability and those infamous mobile laboratories? The president's statements "were substantiated by intelligence information."
* On chemical weapons, then? "Substantiated by intelligence information."
* On weapons of mass destruction overall (a separate section of the intelligence committee report)? "Generally substantiated by intelligence information." Delivery vehicles such as ballistic missiles? "Generally substantiated by available intelligence." Unmanned aerial vehicles that could be used to deliver WMDs? "Generally substantiated by intelligence information."
Statements regarding Iraq's support for terrorist groups other than al-Qaida "were substantiated by intelligence information." Statements that Iraq provided safe haven for Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and other terrorists with ties to al-Qaida "were substantiated by the intelligence assessments," and statements regarding Iraq's contacts with al-Qaida "were substantiated by intelligence information." The report is left to complain about "implications" and statements that "left the impression" that those contacts led to substantive Iraqi cooperation.
Репорт этот, кстати сегодняшний, свеженький. И даже сегодня Демократы не смогли найти НИ ОДНОГО ПУНКТА, по которому можно было бы уличить Буша в намеренной фальсификации.

This is what happened:
1. Cheney pressures top USG intelligence agencies to come out with the data he wants to promote invasion of Iraq.
2. Said intelligence agencies comply.
3. Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld/Wolfowitz/Condi et alia proceed to promote the invasion of Iraq using intelligence agencies stuff with some hyperboles added.
4. Invasion of Iraq shows no WMDS.
5. Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld/Wolfowitz/Condi et alia claim they were misled by the intelligence agencies.
It's a totally circular argument!
Moreover, in the Senate Intelligence Report:
1. There was NO MENTION of the well-known instances of Cheney pressure on intelligence agencies.
2. The output of the Pentagon's specially created Office of Special plans which stove-piped misleading material directly to Cheney was not investigated by the Intelligence Committee which only referred to an internal Department of Defense Investigation, with NO DETAILS.
3. No details were provided of the fabricated Saddam-trying-to-buy-yellowcake-from-Niger scandal.
4. There was NO MENTION of the fact that Hans Blix and Mohamed el-Baradei specifically said before the invasion that was no evidence of WMDS in Iraq, and that after that, Cheney personally threatened Hans Blix and went after el-Baradei's job.
I could have written a better report in one week with the data available to me in my own computer files.
If this is the best that the Democrats in Congress can do, we're LOST!
